 RRR WHOLESALE CANNOT AUTHORIZE BUSINESS UNTIL WE HAVE RECEIVED A VALID COPY OF YOUR RESALE LICENSE/SELLER'S PERMIT!!!

If you are a first time customer, please fax or email a valid copy of your resale license/seller's permit as soon as possible to save time. If we have not received one, we cannot accept payments and your order will be pending until we call to gather information.

You can mail a check to our warehouse location. Your order will ship approximately 2-4 business days after we have received your check in the mail, once our bank has cleared it.

Refund policy:
We will replace or refund any items received broken or if you are for any other reason dissatisfied with the product.
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please email us clear pictures of the broken pieces, and we will ship you replacements.
 

***Please note that online orders may take up to an hour to show up in your account order history. You will receive an email confirmation for your order when it is recieved and when it is shipped. Credit card purchases will show up as RRR Wholesale on your bank statement.
