Our site is meant only for tobacco users. All products are intended for legal use only.
We use most reliable carriers: UPS, DHL or FedEx.
We accept Cash , bank transfers, and all major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
We reserve the right to cancel orders or limit quantities at any time.

We reserve the right of termination memorandum of understanding (MOU) with any party with prior notification.
We provide images of sample product, but deliveries may include product of different color, shape or size.
There will be extra charge for customers from Hawaii and Alaska due to distance rates.

***Please note that online orders may take up to an hour to show up in your account order history. You will receive an email confirmation for your order when it is received and when it is shipped. Credit card purchases will show up as Norcal Wholesale Inc. on your bank statement.

Refund policy:
We will replace or refund any items received broken or if you are for any other reason dissatisfied with the product.
You must notify us within 5 days of receiving the product.Please email us clear pictures of the broken pieces, and we will ship you replacements Or Will apply your credit amount for next order.
